VIP Limo Services has a strict cancellation policy to ensure the efficient scheduling of our vehicles and drivers. If a reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, the customer will be charged the full amount of the reservation. If a reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
